The Story

210618 Morning : We woke up to a rainy day in Norway. Prof Sweet Tooth mentioned that it rains almost everyday in Norway. He drove to Tromso. We went into a tunnel and there were 2 roundabouts in the tunnel! That tunnel is huge. It was my first time seeing a roundabout in a tunnel.

Prof Sweet Tooth wanted to go to the tip of the island to see the beach. So, he drove in the misty cloudy weather to a beach in Hillesoy. It was a lovely beach but it was too cold to enjoy it. We managed to touch the Atlantic Ocean and the waters were not too cold. The neighbourhood seem empty but then again, who wants to go out in the cold rain... unless you are a tourist.

I bought this long down jacket from the Red Cross Shop in Kiruna for SEK80/RM40. Yes, I do buy some of my clothes from a second-hand shop or flea markets. Hey, they are still in good condition! Besides, I am not rich. Haha!

This has become our favourite food during the trip. Rice snack curry pot. Instant curry rice. Just add hot water and wait for 5 minutes. Exactly the same like instant noodles in a cup.

The drive continues on and he detoured to Finland for a bit where we saw a reindeer farm.

We stopped at 11pm to have macaroni dinner at Jarhois in Pajala. The river's name is Torne River. He cooked macaroni with minced meat.
